Swap FAQ
Click Connect Wallet.
Select the Wallet that you want to connect with.
A popup with your selected wallet will show up, you need to approve the connection manually.
Open the wallet extension in your browser.
Depending on the case, click on Not connected or Connected on the top left side.
Choose the wallet account you want to switch to and click Switch to this account.
Open the wallet extension in your browser.
Click on the three dots on the right side, then choose Connected sites.
Here you will find all the sites you have connected your wallet to. Click Disconnect where you want your wallet to get disconnected.
Choose Disconnect to confirm.
First of all you need to check if you are using the Ethereum Mainnet network.
If your transaction is stuck, you can try speeding it up by clicking the Speed Up button. The gas fees might be higher if you go with this option.
Alternatively, you can try resetting your account. This won’t affect any of your assets or past transactions.
Start by clicking on the top right icon.
Click on Settings.
Choose Advanced.
Click on Reset account.
Access your wallet and click on Assets.
Your token list will be displayed in the Assets tab.
Fiat FAQ
Your bank or credit card issuer may mark transactions as fraud when you use a US debit/credit card. If you experience this issue please use a gateway such as (XXXX) that offers bank transfers.
Some of the common reasons for failed credit card orders are:
- you used someone else’s credit card or inputted the wrong billing address
- your issuing bank declined the credit card authorization
- your bank does not support crypto-acquisitions
- You supplied incorrect billing info
